TERMS

Terms of use

Effective August 1, 2026. Use these tools only for legitimate troubleshooting, learning and diagnostics involving public internet targets.

Independent operator

Network Troubleshooting is provided by an independent individual developer based in the Central Region of Singapore, not by a company or incorporated entity. References to “we”, “us” or “the service” refer to that operator and this website. The operator’s legal name and residential address are not published for personal safety and privacy; the public business contact is support@networktroubleshooting.net.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the service to harass, disrupt or map systems without authorization.
  • Do not automate requests to bypass limits.
  • Do not attempt port ranges, private networks, cloud metadata or prohibited services.
  • Respect Globalping, Cloudflare and IPinfo terms.

Service availability

Results are best-effort and may be incomplete, delayed or unavailable. Probe selection and upstream quotas change over time. The service may disable tools to protect users or upstream providers.

No warranty

Results are informational and should not be the sole basis for security, operational, legal or financial decisions.

Enforcement and contact

We may rate-limit, suspend or disable access that threatens the service, probes, targets or upstream providers. Report suspected abuse to abuse@networktroubleshooting.net.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Subject to mandatory rights that cannot legally be waived, disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. Users should contact support@networktroubleshooting.net before starting a formal dispute.
